The focus of this course is to equip employees at all levels in the Human Resource departments, individuals with supervisory responsibility, or those with career aspirations, with the understanding of personnel-related issues, human resource management, or employee relations.

It covers all functional areas of human resources, providing operational information and practical guidance for individuals newly charged with HRM responsibilites or those wishing to expand their current HRM skill set. Critical aspects of each functional area will be covered.

Upon completion, participants would have acquired hands-on exposure and practice regarding the following elements of Human Resources Management. Participants would have reviewed and discussed topic areas including human resource planning, recruitment, selection etc.+
