Branch Administrator

 

Your primary responsibility is to direct and manage the day-to-day operations and affairs of the Branch, in line with agreed performance standards, in order to ensure, that the tenets of SBCS’s vision and mission statements, are attained.
 
Key Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal,  written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial and inventory recording and reporting
  • The ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications and Experience

  • First Degree in Management or related field (an MBA would be an asset)
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity (experience in facilities management would be an asset)
  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Commensurate level of expertise and experience
