Your primary responsibility is to direct and manage the day-to-day operations and affairs of the Branch, in line with agreed performance standards, in order to ensure, that the tenets of SBCS’s vision and mission statements, are attained.
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and organisational skills
- Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of financial and inventory recording and reporting
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications and Experience

First Degree in Management or related field (an MBA would be an asset)
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity (experience in facilities management would be an asset)
- Experience in a customer service environment

- Commensurate level of expertise and experience
