Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and effective support to the Course Administrator and assist students/ potential students and the general public on various programmes offered by our affiliated U.K. International bodies and Universities.
Key Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
- Customer-focused, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast paced team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 O’Levels inclusive of English
- At least 1-2 years working experience in a customer service environment
- Possession of an ABE, CIM, CIPS certificate/ diploma will be an asset
