Assistant Course Administrator

 

Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and effective support to the Course Administrator and assist students/ potential students and the general public on various programmes offered by our affiliated U.K. International bodies and Universities.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
  • Customer-focused, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast paced team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 O’Levels inclusive of English
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in a customer service environment
  • Possession of an ABE, CIM, CIPS certificate/ diploma will be an asset
