The incumbent’s primary responsibility is to provide quality teaching services to students in Microsoft Word, Excel Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Key Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003 including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants must possess the Microsoft Office Specialist certification
- The Microsoft Master Instructor certification will be an asset
- Lecturing experience will also be an asset as well as completion of a Train the Trainer programme
