School of Business and Computer Science (SBCS) is ready to open its third campus in San Fernando in February 2006. This state-of-the-art campus is located at 27-31 Fran Street, Cocoyea (opposite the Mon Repos Fire Station). SBCS recognizes the significant contribution made to the national economy by businesses operating in the southern city. Additionally, we are very cognizant of the challenges faced by both southern business entities and individuals in accessing high quality tertiary education and training and it is with this in mind, SBCS decided to open its third campus in the city of San Fernando.

In the first phase, which is the renovation of an existing building, there will be accommodations for the Administrative Office and eight (8) classrooms/ computer labs. Our plan is to build, equip and staff a state-of-the-art facility in South, capable of efficiently and effectively delivering industry-relevant education and training in a customer focused manner.

The south campus is scheduled to commence classes in February with short Management, I.T. and MOS Courses such as Certificate in Human Resource Management, Effective Business Communication, OSHA, A+, Network+, MCSA, MCSE, Adobe Photoshop, Literacy, PowerPoint, Word, just to list a few. In addition, Corporate Training will be available both on and off site to the many industries and businesses in the Southern City.

With the second phase of construction, another building housing parking, additional classrooms and labs, and other facilities will be added. Subsequently, a wide range of degrees, professional and corporate training programmes will be added to our offerings. This phase of construction is due to start in March with completion in time for September.
