• Competencies every manager needs inclusive of coaching, counselling, mentoring, time management, competencies, problem solving, critical thinking

What is coaching, why do it and how to do it

• Definition of the coaching process
• How does coaching add value to the organisation
• Why a manager is well placed to coach
• Critical coaching competencies inclusive of listening, observing, analysing, giving feedback

• Reflections – the one concept/notion I will take with me to apply to my work

Registration Information

• Registration for all Corporate Training courses can be done at the Champs Fleurs, Port-of-Spain, Trincity or San Fernando Campus.
• Payment of fees can be made by linx, credit card or cheque.
• There are no administration fees in respect of Seminars.
• A Certificate of participation is awarded to each participant upon satisfying 80% attendance of classes and/or any exam or course-work assigned by lecturer.
